Drunk drivers should be imprisoned on the first offense

Each numerous lives are lost caused for drunk drivers and what happens?  The guilty are free. Many years police have relied heavily on spend cameras, breathalyzer tests and heavy fines as a deterrent  against unlawful drivers, over the year fatalities rates in our country have increased, the government has composed a series of safe driving campaigns informing and giving advices about the importance of responsible driving, the mission of them should be stop drunk driving, support the victims of the violent crime and prevent underage driving "supposedly", but what is going on?  drunk drivers are still free, and what about the victims?

The government should take several decision, drunk drivers sholud be imprisioned on the first offense, this terrible reality will continue increasing if the government does not take  this decision. The means of communication are very important and philosophy too and also when it comes to propaganda as in United State, for example, "mother against drunk driving" (MADD)  they use effective propaganda armed directly at  speeding, drunk driving, fatigue and reckless driving repetition is often used in the safe driving campaings in order to succesfuly convey their message and also to ensure, that the views retains their mais idea. Fear is also often used in effort to watch the view on an emotional level, the advice has become propaganda in very sense of the term. One idea propagated repeatedly in on emotional manner with appropiate cartoons and even name calling.

As I said means of communications are very important; however, with this kind of propaganda we can prevent some cases, but sitll being important that the government    takes the decision to imprisioned drunk drivers on the first offense, drunk drivers is a wrong and irresponsable act, what is the government waiting? do they know what this victims and family feel? You can follow some advices, the means of communication  on can prevent some people but, as I said, nobody can be sure if this terrible reality will stop, the only way to be sure is justice and impresioned drunk drivers on the first offense.
